Cancellation Policy

📌 Booking Policy - Advance registration required: All bookings must be completed online before the session/event begins. - Payment confirmation: Spots are only secured once payment is received. - First-come, first-served: Bookings are honored in the order they are completed. - Age/eligibility requirements: Participants must meet program-specific criteria (e.g., age group, team level). 📌 Cancellation Policy - Notice period: Families must cancel at least 48 hours before the event to receive a credit/refund. - Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, but may be credited toward future sessions at staff discretion. - No-shows: Missed bookings without notice are non-refundable. - Program cancellations: If Ballers United cancels an event, families will receive a full refund or credit. 📌 Waitlist Policy - Automatic placement: Once capacity is reached, families can join the waitlist online. - Notification process: Open spots are offered to waitlisted families in order of sign-up. - Response window: Families have 24 hours to confirm before the spot is offered to the next person. - Priority rules: Returning players or scholarship recipients may receive priority placement.
